Whimsy April Release Day 1

Hello everyone! It's the start of a busy blog week for me as I'm posting 4 cards over 5 days lol.
Today is the first day of Whimsy's April rubber stamp release and we have a really wonderful bunch of stamps to share with you. Over the next 3 days we will showcase 11 brand new red rubber stamps, these are all available to buy from the Whimsy store and selected retailers, (in the UK you can get them from Dies to Die for).

Today I'm using Bunny on Present from Lee Holland. Isn't he just adorable?! I could just pick him up and give him a cuddle he's so cute!

I coloured him with distress ink markers and matched him with some older Pion papers from my stash. Love these colours.

Colours used:
Antique Linen, Brushed Corduroy, Walnut Stain, Abandoned Coral, Scattered Straw, Wild Honey, Spun Sugar, Victorian Velvet.

I finished off with some pretty embellishments from The Ribbon Girl and my stash.

Cheesecloth
Edwina Cream Deep Scallop Lace
25 mm Apricot Sheer Ribbon
Ivory White Magnolia
Apple Blossom Mixed Pastels
Hip Rose Bud Cream
3 - 6 mm Ivory Self adhesive Pearls

(This card has now been sold).

That's all from me, don't forget to check out the rest of the makes over on the Whimsy blog (you could even win a prize!), and I'll be back tomorrow with another inspiration post for the new release.

Cya! :) xx
