Whimsy Stamps 1st Annual Craft Retreat - Friday, September 30, 2016 through Sunday, October 2, 2016 (World Card Making Day Weekend) at the Marriott Courtyard Orlando Lake Nona Resort
Join us for 3 days of classes, crafting, friends and more! Hosted by Denise Lynn of Whimsy Stamps and our amazing team of artists and designers. Classes will be held daily with nights free to enjoy the Orlando area dining, shopping, and attractions.
What you can expect at the retreat: Daily classes and projects taught by our talented teachers – including coloring tutorials with Copics and Distressed Inks, Technique classes and more; Whimsy Gift Bag of exclusive products not yet available to the public (value of over $75); Games and prizes and lots and lots of fun!

Event Cost $359 - 36 Spots Available $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. *The $359.00 pricing is the cost of the event only and does not include hotel, food, or transportation.
Full details and information for the hotel will be sent to you via email after your deposit is paid.
Crafters must bring a basic craft tool kit to all classes – (scissors, paper cutter, adhesive(s), coloring mediums, etc.) A full list of supplies will be emailed to all attendees a few weeks prior to the event date. Please be sure to give us accurate email contact information.
Attendees are also encouraged to join our private Facebook group where we can "meet" before the retreat weekend.
Payment Options: $100 DEPOSIT* will hold your spot until August 15th, $259 Remainder is due by August 30th, 2016
$359 paid in full by June 15th, receive a special gift* *Deposit is not refundable and if full balance is not paid by August 15th your spot will be given to someone else.
Cancellation Policy: First $100 is non-refundable due to contracts with the hotel. Cancellations made on or before August 1st will receive a refund of the amount paid, less $100 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given after August 15th. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, transfers may be considered.
To Purchase Your Ticket: Add this product to your shopping cart and pay the $100 deposit now. This will secure your spot amongst our 36 available spaces. An invoice for the remaining balance will be emailed to you within 48 hours of deposit and must be paid in full by August 15th. Please remember there are only 36 spots available. We will take names for a wait list but have no guarantee of fulfillment. Make FULL Payment of $359 by June 15th and receive a special gift* (gift will be given at event).
